Here's a little bit about Jeremy...
Jeremy Bradbury is one of two Sous-Chefs in charge of leading a kitchen renowned for both its cuisine and its dedication to excellence. He has been with Mombo since the beginning – starting as a Chef de Partie when we opened in May 2010. His desire and ability, along with a deep understanding of what Mombo is, has prepared him to contribute to its continued evolution.
In 2011, Jeremy was voted #4 Best Chef on the Seacoast in the "Best of Taste" survey run by Taste of the Seacoast magazine. For the "Best of Taste Bash" held to commemorate all the winners, Jeremy showcased his love of spices preparing a brilliant cinnamon chili spiced duck breast. Most would never envision combining spices as he does. Moreover, many would not be able to pull it off successfully. Lucky us!
