“If you’re going to open a fine dining restaurant nowadays, I think this is the way to do it — with a menu that offers dishes that combine elements from far away with those close to home in way that’s not too “out there,” but still intriguing and in portions that satisfy. Add varied places for diners to sit — outside, at the bar or the kitchen, upstairs and removed or even in an enclosed and covered back patio and include an overall elegance. Mombo lets us dine like grown ups.”
